Located inside McNemerra Terminal, easy access if your flying in from Delta Airlines no need to go outside and easy acess during check-out they have their own Security Check point if you are flying with Delta Airlines. hotel is clean and friendly Staff, great experience

11/03/2009We were travelling with 3 children. called several times about gate in terminal. we were never told the gate from the hotel does not open until 7:30 a.m. ...
We were travelling with 3 children. Called several times about gate in terminal. We were never told the gate from the hotel does not open until 7:30 a.m. and only services 3 airlines. Had to drag 3 children, luggage, stroller, ect on shuttle bus. Did park and fly, and valet could not find it in system for over 15-20 minutes. Due to the late hour of arrival of 2nd half of trip, almost had to pay for parking again, but valet suddenly found park and fly after we demanded a manager. seemed like a bait and switch. We travel for both business and recreation very often. Very bad experience. Alot of staff problems in my opinion...starting with manager.

Hotel was chosen for location with proximity to our family plans. Hotel reviews were read carefully prior to booking reservation, but no mention that valet service was our only parking option as we drove to this location. Short and long term parking was available as long as shuttle transportation was also incorporated here. Located right in the McNamara International terminal so probably best suited for those inhouse travelers. Every time we left the hotel was a valet car retrieval and corresponding tip. However, It was a beautiful room and bed was very comfortable. Surprisingly, no external noise was heard which was very nice. Continental breakfast was NOT included and all items only available by room service or dining in lobby restaurant. Quite a long distance to maneuver with luggage to get from curbside to reservation desk and then to your rooms. Valet personnel were more pleasant than a few of the customer service folks. The final blow to this trip was when we were checking out and we were refused a bell caddy cart unless one of their staff accompanied the device. I was disappointed that my plan to save a little cash ended up costing twice as much and was not convenient at all.

The hotel is a part of MacNamara Terminal,if your flight does not leave out of that terminal please give yourself enough time to take the shuttle which may make several stops before reaching your terminal.We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant, pricey but good.The hotel room was nice but could have used a good dusting,the bed was sumptious and I loved the 2 headed shower.I did read the reviews prior to making this reservation,and they did help me with my decision to stay there.I would stay there again,
